This mission will have been successfully achieved when:

• Scope of Services: Human Resource assistance and management services enable eligible individuals (or right people at the right place at the right time) to provide their expertise to the corporate world and get rewarded for their potential and at the same time preventing the society from the culture of favoritism.

• Efficiency: Human Resource assistance and management services are provided in a timely, cost-effective manner. Productivity is increased each year. Programs are administered within funding resource allocations.

• Effectiveness Periodic sample surveys, audits, statistical analysis, management reports and corporate and individual comments reflect satisfaction with the quality of service. Services are provided in a humane manner by professionally skilled staff.

• Code of Ethics As nation's largest human resource management association, Trust Contract has a responsibility to set and support ethical standards for the human resource profession. The very purpose of our organization state that, "The purposes of Trust Contract shall be to promote the use of sound and ethical human resource management practices in the profession…to be the voice of the profession on human resource management issues …to facilitate the development and guide the direction of the human resource profession …and to establish, monitor and update standards for the profession."
